ShesWow respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

            Important Note: ShesWow is a directory. We do not host images or videos on our servers. Profile pictures are either publicly available promotional images or sourced from public directories. If you are a creator and wish to have your profile removed from our directory, we will gladly comply.
        

How to Request Removal

If you believe your copyrighted material is being displayed on ShesWow without authorization, please provide us with the following information in an email to sheswowcy@gmail.com:

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL on ShesWow where the material is located (e.g., https://sheswow.com/model/your-username/).
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Response Time

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, we will review the request and remove or disable access to the infringing material within 24-48 hours.
